Hi. Musim cuti sekolah dah nak bermula. Kepada yang merancang untuk bercuti dan pulang ke kampung, hati-hati yer..

Selesai dah satu acara besar dalam hidup saya. 1 Mac 2013 @ 1.3.13 saya telah bernikah dengan gadis pilihan hati. Kawan lama masa sekolah. Siti Nur- Shazana bt Nasaruddin. Beliau merupakan kawan lama saya. Dalam ramai-ramai girlfriend, last-last tersangkut dengan si dia. Baru pulang dari pengajian kedoktorannya di New South Wales, negara kangaroo tahun ini selepas bermukim disana hampir 8 tahun. 

Kini isteri saya menjadi surirumah tangga sepenuh masa & In shaa Allah beliau akan memulakan tugas beliau merawat mangsa-mangsa di hospital nanti selepas melahirkan bayi pertama kami, rezeki dari Allah yang tidak ternilai menjelang 26 Nov 2013 ( doktor yang kata, bukan saya..harap2nya baby lahir pada 11.12.13. haa !)

Anyway, pengurusan Saleha Homestay Group alhamdulillah berjalan seperti biasa. Kini saya telah melebarkan jaringan @ rangkaian saya dengan pertambahan 2 lagi rumah untuk sewaan bulanan dan harian. Takda la untung besar mana pun, asal cukup makan sudah. Seronok. Lebih lebih bila guest happy. Rasa nak cuba juga perniagaan berunsurkan khidmat pelanggan ni sebab saya lebih suka dan puas bila dapat memuaskan hati orang lain dan "dibayar" untuk itu.

Good food in Lumut, Perak, WEST MALAYSIA

Normally, i will enjoy my good food for my dinner at the end of the month ( after getting my salary & paid all debts !) at these two restaurants in Lumut. It's either at The Jook Joint Bistro or at The Capri. They were "in line" in the town. 

I would definitely have Mixed grilled & lemonade juice in a big glass at ----> The Jook

or Salmon Steak & iced Pepsi here :) ------> The Capri

Nice view at Teluk Batik, Lumut, Perak

Hi . i would like to share with you guys few beautiful sceneries i've taken using my own iphone 4. I just love looking at beautiful scenery.So here you are...enjoy them. i do not mind any comments given, if any.. :)

Assalamualaykum & hello world. I am Afizal, the Saleha Homestay Group manager. Our homestay is located in the middle of growing and highly populated small town in Seri Manjung, Perak. A very convenient & comfortable place to stay with your family and love ones. Our double storey house provides you variety of facilities throughout your stay with us.

Location : No 122, Taman Manjung Point Seksyen 3, 32040 Seri Manjung, Perak Darul Ridzuan.

At about 5-7 minutes, depending on the traffic flows too, you can go to AEON Jusco for shopping, TESCO Hypermarket, GIANT Hypermarket & few more food outlets nearby.

9-15 minutes to Lumut Naval Town, the place where you can get cheap seafood products or prior your departure to Pangkor Island via Lumut Ferry terminal. These is the place where you can get the ferry ride to Pangkor Island which will takes approx. 30-40 minutes ferry rides while you may enjoy the beautiful scenery of local fisherman with their small boats going for fishing.

Even though our location is situated in the middle of congested area, you can find the house surrounding area is peaceful & not too crowded.

Good foods are also available ranges from "mamak" style, chinese style instead of malay cuisines at our area.

The TV Hall. Equipped with 32 in LCD TV with ASTRO Beyond satellite decoder. The wifi router are also provided in the house for internet usage. An air-conditioned area.

one of the bedroom out of 4 bedroom. Basic equipment are already fitted in the room. An air-conditioned room. The room is inter-connected with the other same type of room and share one bathroom equipped with a water heater.

The master bed room. Biggest room attached with a bathroom. The water heater also equipped. An air-conditioned room.  You can bring your kids to stay in the room and we will provide you an extra soft bed. ( We call it "toto")

The kitchen. A well furnished & equipped with modern cooking facilities. The washing machine is next to the refrigerator. The dining table can accommodate up to 6 peoples at a time. There is also one bathroom here.
